Closen is a trading name of Roberto Gambarana, Via Belvedere 5, 22029 Uggiate con Ronago (CO), Italy. Write to us at hello@closen.co.
These terms apply to everything you buy here. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page on the day you order it.
Digital files, downloaded. Nothing is posted to you.
Back to Each Other — the 30-day workbook, as a PDF, with three bonus PDFs: Bringing Him Along, The Lazy Date Night Bank, and The 60-Second Repair Card. $37.
The Husband Audio Companion — 32 audio tracks as MP3 files in a ZIP. $17, and only if you tick the box at checkout. The audio is narrated by synthetic voices; the words are the same words as the workbook.
Prices are in US dollars. If tax applies where you live, it's shown at checkout before you pay. We take cards and Apple Pay, both through Stripe.
If you add the audio companion you'll see two charges, not one — one for the workbook and one for the companion, a few seconds apart. That's how the checkout works, and it isn't a mistake. Both appear on your statement as CLOSEN.CO.
As soon as you've paid you land on a page with your download links, and we email you the same links. If you bought the audio companion, its link arrives in a second email a few minutes later.
If nothing has arrived within an hour, look in your spam folder, then write to hello@closen.co and we'll send it again.
Try the whole thing for 30 days. If it doesn't help — if it doesn't fit your week, if he won't come along, or it just isn't what you hoped — email us at hello@closen.co within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.
No form to fill in, no questions to answer, nothing to prove. You keep the files. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
The guarantee covers the whole order, the audio companion included. It's on top of your legal rights, not instead of them — if the law where you live gives you more, you get more.
They're yours to keep, print, and use — by you and your partner, as many times as you like. We keep the copyright.
Please don't resell them, post them publicly, share them as files, or republish any part of them. If you'd like to use them with a group, write to us: the answer may well be yes.
Back to Each Other is a workbook. It's a set of short daily exercises you do at home, on your own and together. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical or psychological treatment, and it isn't a substitute for any of those. We don't promise a particular outcome — no one honestly could.
It assumes two people who both, on some level, want to be there. If you don't feel safe with your partner, this isn't the right tool. Please talk to someone qualified where you live, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
You need to be 18 or over to buy.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says can't be limited. Beyond that, if we're liable to you, we're liable up to what you paid us.
Italian law governs these terms. If you're a consumer, that doesn't take away the protections of the law where you live, and you can bring a case in your own country's courts.
Try us first: write to hello@closen.co and we'll answer within two working days. If you're in the EU and we can't settle it, your national European Consumer Centre can help.
